Korean Inspired Strawberry Milk

2 servings | Prep time: 10 minutes | Cook time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

2 cups fresh strawberries 2 tsp honey or maple syrup. 2 tsp strawberry refresher tea
2 cups any milk of choice (can be plant based) Ice cubes

Instructions:

1. To a small saucepan add milk of your choice and strawberry refresher tea and whisk until combined.

2. Heat saucepan to a simmer. As soon as it starts simmering, remove it from heat and cover with lid. Allow to steep for at least 5 minutes. Once the “strawberry milk” is done steeping, strain it into a glass.

3. Clean and purée strawberries using a blender, food processor, or masher.

4. In a small pot add the strawberry puree and heat until it comes to a boil. Let it boil for 2 minutes, turn off the heat and stir in honey, set aside to chill.

5. To the tall glass add ice cubes and 1/4 of the cooled strawberry puree.

6. Pour half of your tea infused milk and top with another 1/4 of the strawberry puree.

7. Repeat the process with a second glass. Enjoy!
